Greg Puglisi
Greg is Bent on Food's new head chef. He comes to us with a wealth of experience in restaurants on the South Coast and in the Great Lakes region. Greg owned his own restaurant , Poets Corner, in Forster and Gerringong for many years. We welcome Greg's enthusiasm and passion for his food and look forward to some great new innovations.

Amanda Kennedy
Amanda went to school in Wingham and Bent on Food is her first real job. Amanda started work at Bent on Food in February 2008 and completed her certificate in hospitality on the job through North Coast Institute Port Macquarie Campus of TAFE. Amanda is an excellent barista and her coffee is very popular. Amanda is about to begin her Diploma in Hospitality

Bec House
Bec went to school at Wingham High and is a second year commercial cookery apprentice at North Coast Institute Port Macquarie Campus of TAFE. Bec completed one year of a school based apprenticeship at Bent on Food 2008 and in 2009 joined us full time as an apprentice. Bec is doing very well at TAFE and has a passion for food. Her scones are amazing!

Wendy Stone
Wendy has worked at Bent on Food since 2005 and is a senior cook in the kitchen, her soups and frittata are well loved by customers. She is also a local and went to school in the the area now residing at Burrell Creek.

Will Wilder
Will is our very friendly barista, he has made hospitality his career and has worked in many great restaurants and cafes in the Blue Mountains and in the local area. Will hopes to own his own cafe one day. Will makes the most wonderful patterns on his coffees often being a talking point in the cafe.
